A lot of times, inquiries for software are like “Hey I have this kick ass business idea and I want to build something that brings in a lot of business. Can we build a software for it?” As consultants we place our cards and ask them a set of questions –
- What is that one problem that you think would the software solve?
- Is that problem identified with a target market?
- What is the software road-map you have in mind?
- How do you think the software solves your problem?
- What value does your product add to the market?
Usually a software is expected to do a series of functions in a sequential manner or so would the definition say. But in reality, a software really does what is planned and most importantly how it is planned.
Software reality is that it is built in mind even before the ideation process starts. It is created through a series of brainstorming questions which shape the idea into reality.
As consultants, we always ask our clients questions over questions and break down the concept into pieces of a puzzle and see if we all could put in all together. We feel its our moral responsibility to mentor and guide our clients in the right direction of software development so that we can truly create wonders together. So if you have a concept, just hit the contact button and lets get into our brainstorming phase!
Yours truly
